This itself speaks for the volume of discoveries by China and with an interesting history behind it. Approximately 8000 years ago a Taoist by the name of Fu Hsi formulated the first two symbols that depict a broken and an unbroken line. Two lines are therefore represents life and taken as a symbol for the particular purpose. This theory called Yin and Yan is the backbone of all Chinese medical remedies including <a href="http://acupuncture-now.com/ancient-chinese-acupuncture" target='_blank'>ancient chinese acupuncture</a>.  </p>
<p>Many objects have been unraveled by the excavations from the old and new stone age. Even though many of the findings in modern excavations are of large tools and instrumentals, there were foundlings on hair thin needles as well. These were called Bien. It is believed that ancient chinese acupuncture gained popularity in China during the period of the Yellow Emperor by the name of Huang Di (2697-2597). But it was later on that ancient chinese acupuncture would experience a crucial transition. During the Tan dynasty (618-907) and many texts thereafter, acupuncture became a formal branch of medicinal education in China. During this time many acupuncture schools appeared and it became an essential chapter in the imperial medical bureau.  Ancient chinese acupuncture has also been noted in the Ming dynasty(1568-1644). </p>
<p>A backseat has taken place in Ancient chinese acupuncture during Ming Dynasty and all the way up to 1960&rsquo;s. <p> To Warm Up</p>
<p>Before any kind of exercise, it is vital that you warm up first to prevent injury to any part of your body.    A good way to start warming up is to do stretches for all parts of your body starting with your head and going all the way down to your toes. <p> Dumbbells are needed, after which you place them in front of your thighs.  Grip them with your palms down. I skipped school, ignored my homework, and lied to my mom and my teachers.  My weekends were full of shoplifting and getting drunk with kids who I thought were my friends.  </p>
<p>Months passed by, I noticed that my mom&#8217;s attitude towards me changed.  All of a sudden, she want to save me from myself and the whole mess I created.  It was good as it last.  I finished high school and became a successful travel agent.  The work was fascinating, I was making good money, and I enjoyed being around my clients, many of whom were executives.  It was the kind of life I dreamed of.  I wanted to enjoy the finer things in life, probably because my own life had been all about barely scraping by for so long.  </p>
<p>Things began to lose control in about five years into my career.  I was engaged but did not heed the red flags.  He was like my father a lot.  My mom tried to warn me, but I wouldn&rsquo;t listen to her.  The next thing I knew, I was enjoying champagne at the company&#8217;s Christmas party and from thereon, my life began to fall apart once again.  This time, a lot was at stake.  </p>
